About me
Born in South Africa, to British parents, I had a very active childhood with lots of time in nature and on the water. I left at 19 to go sailing for a year... which turned into 10 years!! I'm happiest in, on, or under the water. I now live in Corfe Mullen, surrounded by my wonderful family and friends and I'm grateful every day that I live in such a beautiful place.
My Reiki Journey
In March 2020 I had Covid, followed by long Covid, although at the time we didn't know what it was! I was then diagnosed with a large aortic aneurysm and a leaky aortic valve. I had open heart surgery in June 2021, followed by a host of complications. After a year of recovery I developed a problem with my foot, which meant more time off driving and work. By now it had been years of non stop health issues and I was fed up!!
I felt like my body kept breaking so I decided to look at ways to help it heal. It was then that Reiki came to me. I trained in Reiki to change my own life and was so awed by the turnaround that I decided to help others. I am truly grateful and amazed by what Reiki can do for those who are open to receive it.
